I love finding new storage in my tiny camper! If you've been following my blog, you know that I have practically every space in use, even opening walls to make shelving and installing a washing machine. Yep, this tiny trailer has a wonderful, stainless steel drum haier washing machine (If you appreciate my blog, I would appreciate it if you went through this affiliate link )

Well, believe it or not, I have found space for a 34" x 15" x 6" box!! And, yep, it's under the bed. In most campers, there is a lot of room under the bed, but because mine is so tiny, there is not much room under our bed. The exterior storage is under there, as well as the water heater, the water pump and the fresh water tank.
This is the box, but I wouldn't buy it from Amazon unless you need 10 of them. I would ask that you buy Sterlite because last time I checked, they are made in the United States :)
Turns out that there is just exactly the right amount of room to put this box on top of the water tank under the bed!
It keeps items from falling off and getting lost behind the water tank.
This is the exact one I have, but a different one might fit your location better.
The original mattress was very light, and since we replaced it with a memory foam mattress, it's difficult to lift. To make it easier to access the box, I added a hinged prop stick.
When it is open, pull the prop stick toward you and it locks into place.
To close it, push the center away from you and it will fold up.
I located the prop stick against the kitchen counter wall, so that it is very sturdy and the pressure of the prop stick does not damage the light frame under the bed.
They even sell a really nice heavy duty metal one that would probably work better
