Hope you're keeping safe! Unfortunately during this insanity of CLOSING THE WORLD, they have closed all the Corps of Engineer parks around, so we are at our home base, and I have the chance to do a few new projects
My first solution was to cut a hole in a cat litter bucket. This is great looks nice - but still too low.
Hmmmmm, how to make a bracket that will adjust for the differing heights of the various places we camp, or even different rv's.

So, I go out and clean up the yard to give my brain time to percolate. Hey! What's this? A trellis --- that looks like it has possibilities!!!
Yep - 20 minutes later - a really good, adjustable, ATTRACTIVE water filter holder.
All you need is a sturdy trellis and a piece of pvc.
I got my trellis at Big Lots years ago, so I can't show you the exact trellis but, there are a lot to choose from
Be sure to measure the distance you need to raise your water filter and make sure that this one will work. There are a lot of trellises to choose from! Or just go to Walmart and pick one out. This one does have free returns so there's no risk if it doesn't work.
(Last time I was in the UPS store I think 98% of the people were returning things to amazon - including me!)
Next, you need a coupling or a scrap of 4" PVC pipe at least 4-5" long. Make sure your filter fits into it, it may be a different size than mine.
You can pick up a coupling at Home Depot for less than $3

Or you can pay a lot more and get it on Amazon
Drill 2 holes in the top edge of the pvc pipe a couple inches apart and about 1/2" - 1" down from the top.

You can either thread heavy wire through the holes and make hooks, this is probably the best way, as you can flatten the hooks so they don't interfere with the filter fitting in the PVC pipe
or use S hooks like these:

You may have to flatten them a bit on the inside of the pvc pipe
Push the trellis into the ground, and hang the PVC pipe/fitting. Then slide the filter into the pipe and tah-dah! a really attractive filter stand. You can adjust its height by hanging it on the different bars of the trellis. It is super windy in Texas, so we have put some pipe insulation on the top and leaned it against the side of the trailer so it doesn't blow over. I could just drive it farther into the ground, actually.
